About the role

You will provide personalised service to patients and the public by handling phone enquiries and scheduling appointments. You will also liaise with various departments regarding patients' appointments. This is a temporary position based in Singapore.

Requirements

GCE 'O'/'N' Level or Certificate in Office Skills/Business Studies (COS/CBS)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
Fluency in a second language or dialect(s) will be an advantage
