Patient Service Associate, Cardiac Clinics

About the role

You will handle frontline duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling and payment collection. You will also support service improvement projects to ensure smooth patient flow in the clinic. Additionally, you will assist doctors, radiographers and patients in consultation and scan rooms, conduct basic patient assessments, transfer patients to the scanner table, liaise with departments on appointments, and brief patients on test preparation.

Requirements

• Diploma, GCE 'O'/'N'/'A' Level or Certificate in Clinic Practice/Healthcare (Administrative Support) or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
• Ability to speak a second language or dialect is an advantage
