When
You will register patients for visits to the Specialist Outpatient Clinic and schedule their appointments, helping them coordinate multiple appointments. You will handle billing processes, including payment collection, managing cash float and encouraging patients to sign up for cashless payment. You will also provide financial counselling, explain charges and assist patients with various finance schemes. In addition, you will assist doctors during consultations by chaperoning and translating, prepare patients for physical examinations by taking their height and weight, and support doctors in teleconsultation by setting up equipment and coordinating with patients.
