You will ensure counter services run smoothly and provide a positive patient experience at allied health clinics, including Clinical Measurement Centre, Diagnostic Imaging and Rehabilitation. Duties include patient registration, appointment management, infection control, and handling enquiries from patients and the public. You will also perform basic clinical tasks such as measuring health parameters and assisting in minor procedures, and guide junior staff. Administrative work includes audit support, charge reconciliation, and resource coordination. The role involves shift work when required and may involve working in different clinics.
