About the role

Join the Emergency Medicine Department at JurongHealth Campus, where patient care is at the centre of everything the team does. This one-year contract role suits someone with customer service experience who enjoys helping patients and their families in a fast-paced hospital setting.

What you'll do

Register patients through phone enquiries and upfront walk-in enquiries
Collect payments and deposits, and provide financial counselling for admissions and discharges
Work closely with the Bed Management Unit to secure beds for Emergency Medicine Department patients
Arrange Specialist Outpatient Clinic appointments for Emergency Medicine Department patients

Requirements

At least GCE N Levels
About 1 year of customer service working experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with staff at all levels
Genuine passion for serving patients
Willing to work morning, afternoon and overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays
