Deliver patient service at the Emergency Medicine Department. Register patients via phone and upfront enquiries, and collect payments or deposits. Provide financial counselling for admissions and liaise with the Bed Management Unit to secure beds. Arrange Specialist Outpatient Clinic appointments and sort documents for dispatch to the Medical Records Office. Extend excellent customer service to patients and their relatives, and replenish inventory when stock is low.
