About the role

You will support clinic operations through backend administrative work. This includes scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics, and following up on patient care arrangements. You will also collate data, maintain accurate records, and provide cross-coverage for team members when needed. Ad hoc duties may be assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn clinic systems
Customer-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Ability to work half-day on Saturdays
