When
You will provide excellent customer service to support the smooth operation of the radiology department. Your frontline duties include patient registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, financial counselling, and handling patient requests or enquiries. You will also reconcile counter collections and ensure timely submission of reports to the Business Office. In addition, you will coach and guide new staff on department workflows and participate in quality improvement activities.
