About the role

You will join a hospital team supporting patients across inpatient wards, the Bed Management Unit, Urgent Care Centre and Admissions and Service Centre. The role focuses on friendly, efficient service to create a welcoming experience for patients and visitors. It suits people who enjoy customer-facing work and are comfortable moving between different clinical areas.

2-year contract, with possible extension or permanent conversion based on performance
Inpatient wards: 5-day week, Monday to Saturday including public holidays, with 2 rotating shifts (AM 8am–5pm, PM 11am–8pm; Saturday and PH 8am–5pm)
BMU and UCC: 5-day week, Monday to Sunday including public holidays, with 3 rotating shifts (AM 7.30am–3.30pm, PM 1.30pm–9.30pm, night 9pm–8am)
AASC: 5-day week, Monday to Saturday including public holidays, with 2 rotating shifts (AM 8.30am–5.30pm, PM 11am–8pm; Saturday and PH 8.30am–5.30pm)
Open only to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents

Requirements

GCE 'N' Level or above preferred
Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work in a hospital setting and across different clinics
Comfortable working in inpatient wards if required
