When
You will handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing and payment collection, and daily cash reconciliation. You will update and maintain patient records, manage filing and retrieval of medical records, and provide frontline service by answering patient enquiries. You will also assist radiographers in preparing patients for imaging procedures, support patient flow in imaging rooms and waiting areas, and help with basic room preparation and turnover. You will ensure infection control and safety procedures are followed in clinical areas, and perform other ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
