About the role

You will act as the service ambassador for a polyclinic, guiding patients through the healthcare system and supporting services at various touch points. The role suits people who enjoy frontline interaction and want to make patients feel at ease.

What you'll do

Attend to patient queries and help resolve their challenges
Promote and educate patients on health services and programmes
Handle patient registration
Manage patient enquiries
Schedule appointments
Collect payments

Good to know

Work on weekdays and scheduled Saturdays
Openings at Ang Mo Kio, Hougang, Kallang, Geylang, Toa Payoh, Woodlands, Yishun, Khatib, Sembawang and upcoming Serangoon polyclinics

Requirements

GCE 'A'/'O'/'N' level or NITEC qualification
Good communication skills in English and a local language or dialect
Good team player with a passion for service excellence
Pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Able to commit to weekdays and scheduled Saturdays
