When
You will be the first point of contact for patients at a polyclinic, helping them with registration, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, referrals and payments. You will also perform basic health screening such as height, weight and blood pressure checks, and make outgoing calls to follow up on urgent requests. In addition, you will promote and educate patients on mobile apps and self-help functions, and onboard them into nationwide healthcare initiatives like Healthier SG. You will help plan and facilitate community programmes, which includes liaising with vendors and handling logistics and schedules. You will also provide administrative support to the clinic as needed.
