Patient Service Associate - Operations (Frontline)

About the role

You will provide administrative support to patients at the SOC to ensure a smooth care journey. Duties include assisting patients with registration, explaining what to expect during their visit, scheduling appointments, collecting payments and conducting financial counselling. You will also help deliver an excellent patient experience. The role requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and working well within a team.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline, GCE 'A' Level, 'O' Level or Higher NITEC in Service Skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A team player with good interpersonal communication skills
• Meticulous and adaptable
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Preferably 2 years' experience in frontline customer service; entry-level candidates welcome
