About the role

You will be part of an outpatient clinic team, helping patients feel welcome and supported from the moment they arrive. The role suits someone who enjoys front-line service, stays calm in a busy environment, and is happy to move between clinics or wards when needed.

What you'll do

Make sure the clinic's operational and procedural areas are ready to the required service standards
Support a smooth patient journey, including registration, discharge, appointment booking, cashiering and answering billing or insurance enquiries

Good to know

5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm or 8:30am–6pm depending on the hiring clinic
2-year contract, with extension or permanent conversion subject to satisfactory performance
Work takes place in a hospital setting and across different clinics, and may include inpatient wards
Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents may apply

Requirements

Preferably GCE 'N' Level and above
Proficient with computers; handling multiple systems is an advantage
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to speak a second language is an advantage
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable and flexible working in a hospital setting and different clinics
