Provide service excellence to patients, caregivers and colleagues in a clinic setting. Prepare the clinic for daily operations before opening and ensure proper handover at the end of each session. Assist doctors and act as chaperones during in-clinic and teleconsultations, including translation support when needed. Handle counter duties such as registration and billing, follow up on administrative tasks, attend to patient enquiries, and provide financial counselling on available schemes.
