When
You will guide patients through their care journey and address their queries and concerns. You will assist patients with appointment needs such as registration, appointment booking and financial counselling. You will also support patients before and during clinical procedures, including providing information about tests ordered by the care provider and preparing patients for physical examination. Additionally, you will assist clinicians in the consultation room.
