Patient Service Associate, Specialist Outpatient Clinic*

About the role

Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to patients and their next-of-kin at a specialist outpatient clinic. Handle patient registration and screening accurately, ensure same-day billing and payment collection, and keep the clinic ready before the first appointment. Assist clinicians and therapists during consultations, coordinate first and follow-up appointments, and manage patient wait times. Support patients in using self-service kiosks and the mobile application, and escalate feedback to the service team leader when needed. Be ready for deployment across different clinics and take on other duties assigned by the clinic or nurse manager.

Requirements

• Minimum N level holder with relevant healthcare experience
• Proficient in computer skills
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
