You will join the Specialist Outpatient Clinic team at JurongHealth Campus, supporting patients through their visits and helping them navigate appointments and payments. What you'll do

Register patients for their Specialist Outpatient Clinic visits
Schedule appointments and help patients coordinate multiple appointments
Handle billing, collect payments, manage cash float and encourage patients to sign up for cashless payment
Provide financial counselling, explain charges and help patients with available finance schemes
Assist doctors during consultations, including chaperoning and translation
Prepare patients for physical examination and take their height and weight
Support doctors in teleconsultations, such as setting up equipment and coordinating with patients

Requirements

Minimum GCE O Level
Preferably 1 year of experience in customer-related or front desk service
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
Working knowledge of computers
Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
Strong organizational skills
