About the role

This role supports the daily running of an inpatient ward, acting as a key point of contact for patients, families, nurses and doctors. You will be part of a hospital ward team in Singapore, handling front-line and administrative tasks in a busy clinical setting. It suits someone who stays composed under pressure, enjoys helping others and is keen on a long-term career in healthcare support.

What you'll do

Manage patient admissions, transfers and discharges accurately and promptly
Handle appointment scheduling and administrative coordination
Maintain and update patient records in hospital systems with high accuracy
Respond to ward requests from nurses and doctors, often at the same time, while staying focused

Requirements

Diploma in any discipline, or GCE 'A'/'O' Level, or Higher NITEC (Business Studies), or NITEC (Service Skills)
Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting
Strong interpersonal and numeracy skills
Computer-savvy and confident working with multiple systems
Team player with a service-oriented mindset
