When
You will handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing and payment collection. You will explain payment schemes and charges, and provide information on clinical services to patients and the public. You will assist patients during eye examinations, perform basic patient care such as eye evaluation tests and eye drop instillation, and give basic eye care advice. You will also schedule pre-operative assessments and surgery appointments, provide pre-surgery financial counselling and preparation advice, and attend to patient enquiries. You will prepare clinical documents, conduct daily equipment inventory checks, and assist with clinic reports and work improvement discussions.
