You will support the Global Processing team to help customers receive their funds faster worldwide. Your daily tasks include payment processing, meeting SLAs and KPIs, and escalating complex issues to regional teams. You will follow operational procedures and keep track of critical updates. The role requires flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays to support global customers.
