About the role

You will handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and sorting payroll and cessation documents. You will also assist with Government paid leave claim submissions and NS leave submissions. Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned as needed. This is a 6-month temporary position based at Perennial Business City.

Requirements

O level or NITEC in office skills
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience (fresh applicants may be considered)
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Meticulous and attention to detail
Positive attitude and adaptable to change
