Payroll - Associate

About the role

You will support the corporate secretarial, accounting and payroll functions for clients, working closely with internal and external clients and payroll vendors to ensure salaries are paid accurately, completely and on time. You will ensure Returns on Employees Remuneration and notifications of non-citizen employees' cessation of employment or departure from Singapore are reported to IRAS within the required timelines. You will advise on and decide complicated payroll cases within service standards while safeguarding the confidentiality of payroll data. You will also help streamline and re-engineer business processes for greater work efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of solid working experience in a payroll environment
• Proficient in MS Office and proven experience using payroll software
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and handle confidential information sensitively
• Able to work effectively in a team with a good work attitude and interpersonal communication skills
