People & Organisation (P&O) Operations Specialist (12 month contract)

About the role

You will support the People & Organisation team in delivering smooth employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, mobility, benefits and exits. You will maintain accurate employee records and ensure processes follow company policies and local requirements. You will be a trusted first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries, directing complex matters to the right specialist. You will also help simplify processes, monitor service trends and data quality, and support digital and AI-enabled improvements to P&O operations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in P&O, HR operations, shared services or employee lifecycle administration
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Good applied knowledge of local regulatory and compliance requirements
• Confidence using HR systems, digital workflow tools or similar data tools
• Data-minded approach to reviewing information and identifying trends
• Interest in digital transformation, process automation and responsible use of AI
