When
You will provide pharmaceutical care at an outpatient pharmacy. Your duties include counselling patients and dispensing medication, and teaching patients, caregivers and other healthcare workers about medication and how to administer it. You will also help identify, resolve and prevent medication-related problems, and ensure pharmaceutical items are distributed accurately and on time. In addition, you will take part in corporate quality improvement projects.
