Get the float ready and prepared on schedule
Promote weekly specials and use plus-selling techniques
Run the cash register and handle cash in the pharmacy
Keep retail trading, storage areas and the shop floor tidy
Protect store security, including stocks, premises and stored information
Keep proper records and maintain the equipment used in the pharmacy
Track stock levels and top up stocks in the pharmacy
Keep stock in suitable, saleable condition
Process goods receipts and handle inter-branch transfers and error reports
Help with cycle counts and stock takes
Keep daily sales records properly
Do data entry into the SAP inventory system
Compile information and file retail documents neatly and in an organised way
Help generate monthly reports for analysis and checks
Help coach and orientate new staff on retail workflows and pharmacy activities
Help conduct briefings for promoters
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer
