About the role

This is an in-house studio photography role for someone who loves fashion and brings a creative, versatile eye to product and editorial work. You would join a studio team that is growing its capabilities, and the position suits an all-rounder who is comfortable with both studio and on-location shoots. The team is looking for someone proactive who can keep quality and consistency high in a fast-moving setting.

What you'll do

Shoot product, model, editorial and campaign content, including e-commerce, castings and internal events, in studio and on location
Work with natural light and studio lighting such as strobes, continuous lights and modifiers, using tethered shooting
Run high-tech product imaging machines and DSLR cameras for daily e-commerce production
Capture products with attention to angle, shape, detail and composition so design intent and brand look come through

Partner with Creative Content teams on art direction, styling and visual execution

Source and set up props, sets and lighting to meet creative and technical standards

Prepare products and sets, including cleaning, stuffing or shaping bags, sorting items, steaming wardrobe and removing stickers or tags

Carry out set tests, studio preparation and location recces

Do image selection, colour correction and basic post-production with Capture One, Photoshop and AI-assisted editing tools

Use AI-powered tools and workflows to improve productivity, image consistency, turnaround time and asset scalability

Explore and recommend AI solutions to streamline studio processes, shoot planning and creative output

Upload and manage final image deliveries through internal systems and online portals, following guidelines accurately

Support studio operations such as equipment maintenance, studio upkeep and workflow improvement

Help with interior photography for retail stores when needed

Collaborate with other photographers across shoots and projects

Take on other duties as required to support business needs

Full time role based in Singapore

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant photography experience
Proven work in both product and editorial photography, ideally in e-commerce or a studio
Solid grasp of lighting, styling, composition and colour accuracy
Proficient with Capture One or Capture Pro, Photoshop on Mac and Lightroom
Familiarity with AI-assisted editing or imaging tools is a strong plus
Retouching experience and understanding of colour correction and production limits
