When
You will work with patients in acute and outpatient settings, including the cardiothoracic surgical intensive care unit, coronary care unit and cardiac rehabilitation. On-the-job training will be provided to work with heart or lung transplant patients, and patients with heart failure on mechanical circulatory support devices. You must hold a physiotherapy degree recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council and have at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting. Experience or interest in cardiopulmonary physiotherapy is an advantage. Documented proof of measles and Tdap vaccination is required, though applicants without these may apply if they commit to completing vaccinations before starting work.
