Planning Manager - Data Center

About the role

Lead or support the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness. Create high-level and detailed schedules, facilitate planning sessions, and conduct schedule risk analysis. Implement schedule controls, progress tracking, and resource-loaded schedules. Align schedules with cost estimates and collaborate with cost and estimating teams. Review third-party schedules and provide regular performance updates using dashboards and reporting tools. Support training and knowledge sharing on planning and scheduling best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 5 years of experience delivering large-scale capital projects
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Experience with resource- and cost-loaded schedules
• Knowledge of schedule risk analysis and contingency planning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
