When
Lead a team of Wealth Management Relationship Managers to grow, acquire and retain high-net-worth clients. Train, coach and monitor staff performance against sales targets, and jointly manage branch manpower and P/L with the branch manager. Develop and execute business strategies for affluent and HNW segments, and oversee sales productivity and cross-selling of the bank's products. Ensure all wealth advisory activities comply with internal and external regulations, and handle ad hoc project management.
