You will define and own the regional agency strategy for Retail Media, identifying high-growth agency groups, markets, clients and categories. You will build and strengthen senior relationships across media agency groups and their specialist teams, moving beyond individual campaign briefs to strategic partnerships. You will develop joint business plans and initiatives with priority agency partners to grow investment across their client portfolios. You will partner with local Retail Media teams to translate the regional strategy into market-specific action plans and commercial opportunities. You will also build a measurable pipeline of agency-led opportunities and work to increase the share of Retail Media investment coming through agencies.
