About the role
This is a senior engineering role focused on quality management systems and agentic quality transformation across Assembly & Test manufacturing. You will work with global quality, IT and digital transformation teams to standardise documentation and deploy AI-enabled quality agents. It suits an experienced quality or process engineer who is comfortable leading cross-functional projects and driving adoption of new digital workflows.
What you'll do
Own and drive QMS documentation governance across Assembly & Test
Lead global standardisation of procedures, specifications, work instructions, best-known methods and quality documentation templates
Establish document control processes for compliance, consistency and traceability
Partner with site quality teams to review, consolidate and harmonise quality documents across global manufacturing sites
Drive continuous improvement to simplify documentation and remove redundant processes
Serve as Business Unit SME for iQCP deployment initiatives
Translate business requirements into AI agent use cases and digital workflow solutions
Work with SMAI, Digital Transformation teams and Quality stakeholders to define requirements, map business processes, validate agent outputs and measure business value
Drive user adoption of AI-enabled quality agents and support pilot execution, deployment, training and sustainment
Analyse existing quality workflows to identify simplification and automation opportunities
Drive standardisation across sites and functions for operational consistency
Support implementation of digital dashboards, reporting systems and self-service analytics
Develop performance metrics and KPIs to monitor process effectiveness
Collaborate with Global Quality Engineering, Site Quality Teams, SMAI/IT organisations and Business Process Owners
Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions and requirements gathering
Present progress updates and recommendations to leadership teams

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Computer Science or a related discipline
At least 7 years of experience in quality engineering, quality systems, manufacturing operations, process excellence or process/equipment engineering
Strong understanding of quality management systems and manufacturing quality processes
Experience leading cross-functional projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions
