You will support and advise the Head of Department in the operational management and oversight of the facilities management department. Duties include planning and implementing preventive maintenance programmes for buildings, plant and equipment, and coordinating minor renovation and upgrading projects with contractors and authorities. You will handle budgeting and scheduling of major capital projects, ensure compliance with design, safety and sustainability requirements, and implement quality management systems. The role also involves liaising with government bodies, providing round-the-clock fault reporting and helpdesk support, and driving energy efficiency and digitalisation initiatives.
