When
You will provide package development characterization and failure analysis support for development test vehicles, qualifications, customer returns, new product introduction and general test failures. You will establish analysis methods for advanced packaging technology development and act as the domain expert on characterization methodology. You will work with Process Integration, Process Development and Product Engineering teams to classify failures and implement root cause fixes. You will also maintain lab equipment, coordinate calibrations and vendors, and manage the lab in line with safety and ISO requirements. You will mentor colleagues and share best known methods across the network.
