About the role
This role sits within the NTI NAND team at Fab 10N/X in Singapore, working on 3D NAND technology that shapes future data storage. It suits engineers who enjoy complex problem-solving and leading innovative projects. You will own process modules and drive development from research through to manufacturing.
What you'll do
Lead one or more process modules for 3D NAND semiconductor integrated circuits.
Define structural specifications and process requirements for assigned modules.
Set direction and vision for the module and establish a continual improvement plan.
Identify potential structure, electrical and reliability issues early and address them with process control.

Focus on structural development, electrical performance, parametric verification and process control, and optimize manufacturability assessments.
Analyze materials physically and electrically, and work with process groups to select new materials and move them from research to production.
Build and complete device and process experiments, then extract, analyze, report and draw conclusions, clarifying statistical significance.
Assemble and coordinate a development team including process engineers to drive module development.
Make key decisions and provide direction, goals and metrics for team success.
Innovate on complex problems, submit patent disclosures regularly, and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams.
Support transfer of new technology from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.
Present key information and projects, drive decisions and foster group discussions.
Pursue continual growth in technical and management skills through on-job training and education.
Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying, testing and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within your scope of work.

Requirements
Passionate about semiconductor technology and innovation
Adept at data analysis, problem-solving and process integration optimization
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
Proficiency in scripting/programming/engineering/business intelligence/analytics software such as Python, SolidWorks, Tableau or Power BI is desirable
Minimum 5 years of experience in Wafer Fabrication Process Development in Dry Etch, Photolithography, Films, Wet Process, CMP or Process Integration
Strong understanding of PI modules on new NAND technologies and related structural and electrical fail mechanisms
