About the role

Drive strategic initiatives that enable high-quality, scalable engineering execution aligned with the product roadmap. Own and drive the AI strategy within Product & Systems Engineering, aligning engineering use cases with the broader company AI strategy. Translate product and technology direction into structured programs, clear priorities and measurable success indicators. Partner with engineering leaders to improve execution at scale and provide executive-level insight for leadership decisions. Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure organizational impact, adoption and business outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness or related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in program management, strategy execution or organizational/business operations
Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional strategy programs at scale
Proven ability to operate autonomously and influence across global, matrixed organizations
Strong understanding of how complex organizations operate, scale and deliver results
