You will diagnose and remove friction across SingPost's omni-channel ecosystem, covering the mobile app, web portals, physical Post Offices, kiosks and Smart Autolobbies. You will run stakeholder alignment workshops, conduct field research at live operational sites, and turn findings into multi-channel journey blueprints and task flows. You will also build and maintain Figma design systems, design tokens and responsive component models. Working closely with product managers and tech leads, you will validate builds in staging and UAT and embed analytics tracking into experience blueprints.
