When
Lead and manage shift technicians and contractors to meet operational targets on the production line. Identify and highlight issues that block the team from achieving objectives, and ensure training and compliance with SOPs to remove safety and quality risks. Analyse data and perform root cause analysis to resolve equipment problems, and work closely with production and process stakeholders. Review and establish SOPs, evaluate new equipment and materials, and integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work to improve productivity and quality.
