When
You will join a team of engineers responsible for process start-up, development and optimisation, product yield, quality and reliability improvements, cost reduction, cycle-time and productivity improvements, risk management, and resolving complex manufacturing line issues. You will also handle engineering operations such as wafer dispositions and process release qualifications. The role involves identifying, diagnosing and troubleshooting complicated process-related problems using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D and SPC methodology. You will coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluations and optimisation, implement improvements at process steps or loops, participate in new process qualifications, handle internal and customer audits, and liaise with material suppliers to achieve best-in-class yield, quality, cost and risk management objectives.
