Procurement Manager - Data Center (High Voltage)

About the role

You will lead end-to-end procurement activities for assigned categories, projects or business units, ensuring strategies align with organisational goals. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders, using data and negotiation to influence decisions and resolve conflicts. You will manage supplier relationships, lead negotiations and oversee contracts to secure favourable terms and mitigate risks. You will also identify process improvements, ensure governance and compliance, and provide informal guidance to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management or a related field
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Data center experience preferred
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Negotiation and conflict resolution expertise
