Product Compliance Senior Manager - APAC Assets

About the role

You will support the Assets Product Compliance team in APAC, working with product teams in Singapore and London to improve the Assets offering in a compliant manner. You will interpret regulatory requirements, identify risks and gaps, and work with teams to define and execute mitigating actions. You will also help design compliant new products and features, perform regulatory analysis, and implement controls before launch. Additionally, you will represent the company in external meetings and provide input on regulatory matters.

Requirements

• Min 7 years of relevant experience in a compliance role within retail investments, broker-dealer, or capital markets industry
• Deep working knowledge of securities regulations in Singapore OR Australia (e.g., MAS’ Securities and Futures Act or Australia Corporations Act)
• Familiar with regulatory expectations of MAS or ASIC/APRA regarding Capital Market firms, ideally also Payment Services/Electronic Money firms
• Ability to prioritise effectively and identify key areas for improvement from a regulatory perspective
• Ability to communicate effectively with Product Managers and Engineers and provide practical, actionable recommendations
• Problem-solving attitude with ability to use regulation and data to drive business decisions
