When
You will own and localise the financial crime control framework for Wise Platform across APAC, moving beyond global baselines to market-specific assessments. You will test financial crime rules, design new controls, and lead retrospectives on live products while setting up compliance foundations for new launches. You will act as the APAC voice within global teams, manage gaps and remediation, and work with Product, Engineering and partners to translate regulatory needs into technical requirements. This is a first-line product compliance role, not an operational alerts role.
