About the role

This role sits in the HR Technology Department of the SIA Human Resources Division, where you will drive projects that simplify and automate HR processes for staff and HR teams. The focus is on improving how employees experience HR services, so it suits someone comfortable with both process design and digital user experience work. You will also help keep HR IT systems running smoothly day to day.

What you'll do

Lead assigned HR IT projects so they are delivered on schedule, within budget and within scope, working in an agile way
Review assigned Change Requests and implement them to match what users need

Share the procedures and controls set by IT, Internal Audit and InfoSec, and make sure they are followed

Handle queries and issues raised by users that fall under HR Systems & Processes

Spot and roll out system enhancements that lift performance and usability

Plan and coordinate yearly system activities across the SIA group, preparing work schedules in advance

Keep up to date with HR technology developments and take part in industry networking

Ongoing work includes replacing SAP HR with SuccessFactors, re-platforming staff travel, and exploring Gen-AI, RPA, chatbot and smart search

Requirements

University Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology
At least 3 years of working experience in IT related fields
SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience is an advantage
Strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Meticulous with good interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills
