About the role

Scoot Pte Ltd is hiring a Product Manager to lead digital experience and e-commerce work at its Singapore HQ. You will own strategy, build and improvement of digital products and e-commerce platforms, working with teams across the business to lift customer experience and growth. It suits someone with several years in product management, ideally in digital or e-commerce.

What you'll do

Build and carry out product roadmaps for digital experience and e-commerce
Work with cross-functional teams to collect and study business requirements
Write and keep product documentation such as wireframes and business requirements documents
Run the product lifecycle from concept through launch and later optimisation

Use analytics and visualisation tools like Google Analytics and Tableau to guide decisions and track performance

Take part in UX design work with UX designers, using Figma and Miro

Manage content management systems so digital experiences stay consistent and engaging

Apply change management approaches so new digital initiatives are adopted smoothly

Keep communication flowing and settle conflicts between stakeholders

Watch industry trends and competitor moves to spot innovation opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
MBA preferred
5+ years in product management, preferably digital experience or e-commerce
Skilled with product management tools and methods, including roadmapping and wireframing
Strong analytics skills using Google Analytics, Tableau and Microsoft Excel
Familiar with UX design principles and tools such as Figma and Miro
