About the role

This role sits with the Government Technology Agency (GovTech), the lead agency behind Singapore's Smart Nation push and public sector digital transformation. You will lead product strategy and execution for Automated Workflow, an AI automation builder that lets public officers automate agentic workflows, build business rules, integrate with whole-of-government tools and orchestrate agents with compliance built in. It suits a product manager who is comfortable with ambiguity, data-driven, user-focused and keen to build tech for public good.

What you'll do

Lead product strategy and vision for complex or ambiguous problem spaces, turning user needs and business goals into a coherent roadmap

Analyse data and define success metrics to drive prioritisation, validating or killing ideas before development and making evidence-based recommendations

Plan and evaluate features using user research, customer feedback, market research, competitor review, technology trends and internal feedback

Identify and mitigate technical and market risks, anticipating project-level challenges

Foster a culture of speed, simplicity and agility, recognising tradeoffs between fast shipping and technical debt

Take ownership of broad, ambiguously-scoped projects, translating team goals into actionable plans and driving workstreams to outcomes

Proactively spot opportunities, synthesise data into clear recommendations and connect analyses to organisational impact

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager leading complex technology products or digital platforms
Strong product sense, able to connect user problems, business value and technical feasibility
Data-driven, comfortable defining metrics, running experiments and dropping ideas that don't work
Clear written and verbal communicator who can align engineering, design and leadership
User-obsessed, grounding decisions in research, feedback and real-world usage
Comfortable with ambiguity and undefined scope
