You will lead the delivery of risk management system improvements under the Lending squad, working closely with Credit, Market and Operational Risk teams. You will develop strategies for business growth, customer centricity and risk controls, and manage the product backlog and capacity. You will also handle stakeholder management and ensure proper governance and progress towards transformation objectives.
