About the role

This role sits within a life insurance and financial services organisation in Singapore, supporting the Sales Proposition Lead in turning product strategy into customer-focused propositions that drive distribution success. You will work across Product, Distribution, Marketing and Customer teams, and the position suits someone with solid experience in proposition development, product marketing or distribution strategy who enjoys coordinating stakeholders and shaping sales narratives.

What you'll do

Support the Sales Proposition Lead in building propositions that drive growth across Protection, Health, Wealth and Retirement segments.
Turn customer insights, market trends and product features into clear value propositions and sales narratives.
Develop proposition content for new product launches and strategic initiatives under the Lead's direction.

Prepare proposition frameworks, sales stories, messaging platforms and commercialization plans for go-to-market execution.

Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Customer, Training and Distribution teams to deliver agreed proposition initiatives.

Gather and synthesise distributor feedback to improve proposition relevance and sales effectiveness.

Conduct competitor and market reviews and provide insights to strengthen positioning.

Support launch readiness through key messages, sales enablement content and distributor engagement materials.

Track proposition performance and recommend enhancements based on business results, customer insights and market feedback.

Manage assigned workstreams and stakeholders, escalating key issues and decisions to the Sales Proposition Lead.

Prepare analysis, recommendations and management materials to support business planning and proposition-led growth decisions.

Requirements

5–15 years of experience in life insurance, wealth management or financial services
Experience in proposition development, product marketing, distribution strategy, product management, customer strategy or sales enablement
Good understanding of life insurance products across Protection, Health, Savings, Wealth and Retirement
Hands-on experience developing value propositions, sales narratives, campaign concepts or go-to-market materials
Experience supporting product launches, commercialization initiatives or distribution campaigns
Strong project coordination, stakeholder management and influencing skills across Product, Distribution, Marketing and Customer teams
