When
You will promote NTUC Health Active Ageing Centres' eldercare services and programmes. You will conduct and support active ageing programmes, including community screening assessments and organising activities for seniors. You will provide befriending services and monitor seniors' vital signs. You will coordinate care and support services through internal referrals or to external agencies. You will also handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping and report submissions. You may be required to work weekends or after office hours when there are programmes or events.
