When
You will plan and run meaningful activities for seniors in a nursing home, tailored to their physical, social, cognitive and emotional needs. You will facilitate group activities and work with care partners to include engagement in daily routines. You will also create activity guides and resource kits, and develop a monthly programme calendar covering cognitive, physical, reminiscence, social and intergenerational activities. You will monitor programme effectiveness with the Centre Director and adjust based on feedback. You may also support volunteer and community partner engagement.
