Lead the PMC team as the single point of accountability for delivering a large-scale renewable energy and cross-border transmission project. Provide independent leadership, governance, integration, assurance and delivery oversight across all project functions. Manage EPC contractors, suppliers, stakeholders and interfaces while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, schedule, cost and operational readiness. Act as the principal interface between the Owner, contractors, regulators, lenders and other stakeholders. Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, marine installation, commercial, cost, schedule, contracts, risk, HSE, quality, permitting and commissioning activities.
